Airtel — my internet has not been working even after getting recharged.

It has been one complete day now since my internet has not been working i have to ask for hotspot to other people time again to check my emails, social media and this is too much. I have no more patience left with these lame services as it happens to me every third month and this is really pathetic. Please take a notice of it and kindly fix it as soon as possible.
