Airtel — my money has been debited due to fun videos, even though i didn't subscribe | |||||
I am always getting messages "health yoga, fun videos'" etc etc. I dont subscribe and i never open such kind of messages at all. But my money has been debited. Why is this happening?? Why you dont provide a proper support to customer?? Why we (Customers) not speaking with your executive directly and explaining about our problems and get resolved? Are you playing games with customer money?? Is it call as a scam kind of thing?? I sent a mail to [protected]@in. Airtel.com"" If i dont get any reply or a call regarding my problem and my issue didnt get resolved within a day, then i change my mobile network and of course i change my family members and friends circles mobiles network to some other network which is usefull. But your netwrok is useless. I once again repeat this is not fair if you do not provide a customer service executive to resolve our issues. Was this information helpful? | |||||
