Airtel — my money has been freezed in airtel payment bank | |
I have an app of airtel payment bank in which my rs. 1000/- has been blocked due to debit transaction are not allowed. I complained to customer care to solve the problem and customer care instruct to me for sending signed photo & address proof id. I do not understand why they are asking these details again even after my successful kyc. Please take needful action against the company. Was this information helpful? | |
