Airtel — my money was deducted from airtel payments bank but still not added

Address:Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, 506003

I had done bhim upi transactions on 10 dec but the transaction was failed and but money was deducted and still i didnot got money back please resolve it faster
And after three days they sent me a message as money was safe and will initiate in 72 hours but still i didn't got money.
