What kind of service are you providing? I have submitted the documents 3 weeks back for porting my number. Yesterday only i got transferred to airtel but till now you haven't provide me sim card. I called you many times, you were to arrange callback but you never did it. I am facing many problems. I am unable to banking transactions because of otp problem.
