Airtel — my number deactivated without informing | |||
I tried sending email to customer service airtel and i am repeatedly getting the reply stating my email is not registered. I request for changing my number from chennai to bangalore as i am getting huge bill because of roaming. Airtel guy gave me sim and told me customer service will help and i will get the same number and will be activated in 3 days time. I waited and rather getting my issue resolved customer service lady calls me unnecessarily asking for payment before due date. I was also promised that till the port change happens i will not be charged on roaming. Now my number is deactivated and i don't have any new sim no number atall to get any calls. This is insane. Nor i am being given any information. My emails are not considered. I need an immediate response. Was this information helpful? | |||
