Hi Team, IT has been a pity to inform you that i had made a payment for an excess amt of Rs 37, 512(Thirty seven thousand five hundred and twelve rupees) on the 12th of January 2017 against my Airtel bill, which i requested a refund of the very same day. This complaint has been ongoing ever since then ...and i have not received the refund yet.I have sent my bank statements and informed AIRTEL several times over email and phone about this concern and they have not bothered to resolve the complaint yet.
