Dear Sir, I have made payment to Airtel on per details below, which is confirmed by bank along with Airtel executive Mr. Thadi Ramesh on 20th March2018 and shared with your team along with bank statement. Payment ID :[protected] &[protected] Amount : Rs. 1, 000.00 each Date of transaction : December 12, 2017 & November 21, 2017 Name : Thadi Ramesh Account Number : [protected] Subscriber Number : 9949***822 I have been complaining you team since long but no success and always get reply that below transaction is not traceable in your system. Hence I request you to please look into it on priority and deposit my payment of INR2000 in my Airtel account immediately. Else I need to report this as CYBER CRIME where my money is lost.
