Airtel — my prepaid number [protected] is deactivated, not working currently | |
I am in Tokyo, Japan currently. On sept 10th, I recharged 446 plan 90days validity [international roaming] Since 2 days, sim is deactivated. I sent mail yesterday to [protected]@airtle.com and they are telling me to authenticate my email id and have sent a link. I opened the link to authenticate, it is asking for OTP to submit. I replied back to [protected]@airtel.com saying that how can I authenticate when sim is not in working condition and not receiving any messages. But those dumb idiotic people are just sending mail to me asking to authenticate. How the hell I can authenticate when I can't receive OTP and sim is deactivated.
