Airtel — my selected pack is not applied and channel blocked | |||||
I selected my plan on 31/01/2019 using airtel digital tv portal and got the confirmation on screen but they applied thier own plan and then on 07/02/2019, i again selected my plan and send sms to airtel but 70% channels blocked and when i checked my account it is showing 3476 rs per month rental instead of my choosen plan of 625 rs per month... I try to register my complaint on toll free number many times today but they said there is technical problem and we can't take your complaint, you call after 2 hrs. I tried 5 times today but they replied same. Kindly escilate issue so that i can view all my selected channels as well as my money should be reverted to my account which is consumed in between 1 feb till the problem remain alive.
