Airtel — my sms service not working | |||
Sir/ madam, I had changed my airtel sim due to sim issue on 29th oct evening around 6.50pm. Airtel claims that the sms service would not work for 24hours after the upgrade. As per airtel, my sms service should be started by 30th oct 17. Today is 1st nov 2017. I have made around 5 phone calls to customer care. They will reach out to me to find what issue i am facing. I am not able to make any bank transactions, email login, cab booking, important sms etc because the sms is not working. Kindly resolve issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
