I’d like to share my experience with Airtel Broadband, which led me to cancel the service and still struggle to get my refund back.
I had taken an Airtel connection with full payment in advance, expecting reliable service. Unfortunately, I faced frequent disconnections, poor network speed, and no proper response from customer care despite multiple complaints. In one month, I could hardly use the internet for just 4–5 days.
Due to this poor experience, I decided to cancel the service and requested a refund of my hard-earned money. I submitted all required documents, including my cancelled cheque copy, through proper communication channels. However, even after several follow-ups, the refund hasn’t been processed.
To add to the confusion, I recently received an email from Airtel stating that my email ID “has no connection with the Airtel team, ” which is shocking because all previous official communication was through this same ID.
I’m sharing this post not out of anger, but out of frustration and helplessness — to raise awareness and seek accountability from a reputed brand like Airtel. Every customer deserves honest service and fair resolution.
@Airtel India – I request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt refund. I have all communication and payment proof available for verification.
