Airtel — na validity of recharge was reduced to 30 days | |||
I have recharged my Airtel Number [protected] on 13 May 2019 with Rs. 100/- (Transaction ID- [protected]) using Airtel App. When I recharged the validity of the recharge was NA. It means the validity should be unlimited. But after recharge the validity was reduced to 30 days. This is totally fraud. Airtel is fooling the customers with this type of cheating. Clarify my doubt or I will file case against you in consumer court. You cannot fool customer by this type of fraud business practices. Was this information helpful? | |||
