Airtel — National MNP not activated | |||
Hi, I had applied for national portability from Airtel Delhi to Airtel Karnataka. I gave the necessary documents and my sim was ported on 11th july at 8:00 PM. At that time both karnataka and delhi sim cards were not working and i such i missed a lot of important calls as part of my job.My friend also received the verification call & he verified me. From last 3 days, my number is not working and yesterday i visited ARC but their response is that is it backend issue. 121 executive told to visit ARC centre. Noone is resolving the issue.
