[Resolved] Airtel — National Portability | |||
Hi, I had applied for national portability from Airtel kerala to Airtel Karnataka. I gave the necessary documents and my sim was ported on 14th july at 6:00 PM. At that time both karnataka and kerala sim cards were not working and i such i missed a lot of important calls as part of my job. After an hour or so, karnataka sim started working but i dont have incoming calls or outgoing SMS. So whoever who calls me gets an IVR saying 'Number doesnot exist". I personally am a huge fan of airtel for their service, but this kind of service is simply not acceptable. They should have activated the porting only once all the issues have been sorted.
