Airtel — need a refund of 2998rs asap | |||
On 18th Feb, 2018, I've Recharge ISD Roaminng Pack Of 2998rs On [protected] . I'm Only Able To Receive Incoming Calls. My Complaint is about not getting Outgoing Calls Even I've paid full amount for their pack. Had a call with their customer executive Suresh Moreya, Senior Department, He Does Not Provide Me A resolution regarding this. Need to take strict action on him and Airtel as they does not able to provide what their pack all about. Pack Validity is of 10 days, and 2 days have been wasted till now means no usage of Outgoing Calls. Need A Refund Of 2998rs If They Can't Able to sort it by today If sort by today then Need a Refund of 600rs As 2 days have wasted now. Either Help Me Get My 2998rs For Entire Pack, Or Try To Sort It By today, Initiate A 600rs Refund. If They Can't Sort, I'll definitely put their complaint in high court or whatever they like to be treat. Such a bad customer care service I've ever seen. Was this information helpful? | |||
