I raised a ticket in airtel regarding static IP on 26-may-2022. Actually, I need static IP for my broadband connection so I called the Airtel helpline number. They said me to wait 72 hours to get a static IP. So, I waited for 72 hours but didn't get any response from Airtel. So, I again called them and tell them what is the update of my ticket they again told me the thing that you exceeded your time limit so we again generate a new ticket and wait for 72 hours.
When I didn't get any response on second time then I again called them they are saying the same thing every time they told me the same thing.
I called them yesterday (02-June-2022) they said to me to wait for another 72 hours. This is very frustrating and I told them now cannot give you more time than the customer care guy told me that they did not even place the order for this from 26th May. This means they forgot to place the order and place my order yesterday. Then I told him that this is not acceptable. So, he told me that I escalated this to my manager you have to wait for 24 hours to resolve this. But as usual, they didn't update me on this.
Now it's almost 9 days yet I didn't get any response.
Please look into this matter asap. This is a very bad service provided by Airtel
