Airtel — negligence of services | |||||
Dear sir, Recently i had changed my father's mobile no. To airtel from bsnl, expecting better service from your side. But from the day we changed, there is no network in his office on the airtel sim. If he tries to call then, the network will tell the sim is not registered. We have raised many complaints regarding this starting from 29 aug but still no response from your side. Once your technician came and said that they will repair it within 5 to 6 days but still no word or no improvement. It feels like a curse to have selected your network airtel. It has been 15 days!!! And a great network company airtel cannot fix network issue. Please, sir, stop your nonsense open network ads and focus on customer satisfaction. Please resolve the issue asap. Hope i don't need to write again to your for this issue.
