[Resolved] Airtel — Net pack from my airtel app | |||||
I had recharged net pack of 246 with my airtel app twice on 20 december 2016 and money deducted from account. I got msg of failed transaction and stated that money will be refunded in 10 days but not done yet. My txn id for both transactions are[protected] and[protected] and mob no is [protected]. Further i had talked with customer care executive on 5th jan 2017 and they are unable to resolve my problem. Kindly return my money in my respective account asap and try to train your executives to resolve the issues effectively Was this information helpful? | |||||
