Airtel — net work dead slow. not working for the past 3 to 4 days

All attempts to contact the service provider through calling the service engineer and other staff with no.:[protected] and[protected] utterly failed. Customer service seems very poor. We have no alternate than choose a better service provider. Will airtel attend?
