Airtel Network — 4g service by airtel | |||
Hi there. I have registered 2 complaints and submitted port request as im unable to use my 4g mobile data. It worked for couple of days in the month and stopped working after that. I got a call from airtel regarding the port request and they saidy 20gb per month allowance is over thats why the network speed is reduced. But i have 150gb as roll over data in my account. I have béen charged full amount and your team is not really helpful to provide waiver for loss of credit. They waived off some 46 rupees for the service which is not activated from my end and i don't know what vas is that till now. None of your customer service agents were helpful. They all said i'll get a call from network team which i was just a blank call. They called me but they are not able to hear me. I think your network team themselves is searching for network here. I'm though happy with my airtel plan the retention team offered me extra 20gb which is no where related to my issue. My two concerns are : 1. They need to apply waiver for my loss of service and good will gesture for the troubles i have gone through without internet for more than a week. 2. My mobile data issue has to be fixed completely. I wanted to use the roll over data stored in my account. If a customer can use only allocated 20 gb data then what's the point in roll over data option you guys giving.
