Since mid of may, i am facing many network issues in airtel number [protected]. This is a postpaid connection.
I have complained many times on 121, [protected]. They raised some service requests :-
85325948 : 16th may
85344006 : 17th may
85359102 : 18th may
They habitually close the ticket without my consent in just 1 day. I mailed them and called them saying some miscreants have closed the ticket. They have made the 1st and 3rd ticket active again but they are still not resolved.
I opted to port out of this network because i was not able to receive calls, calls would drop while talking, voices would crack, i wasn't able to use data properly. Airtel rejected my porting out request saying that i have to stay a minimum of 90 days in this network.
It is already more than 10 days today. The problem is still not resolved and these people have sent me bill to pay. Why should i pay for something i did not get from them? I opted to port out on 16th may but they rejected it on 17th. They generated the bill again on 22nd and are saying we will not let you port out till you pay this bill and complete 90 days in this network.
I will not pay this bill. I want to port out. Was this information helpful? |
