Dear Sir/Madam
We have four connection in our home. We all are facing the connectivity issue for long and we have made close to 50 follow up since we have been having this connection. Only reply we get it we will look into it and no escalation happing and it is still at analyst level without any escalation for resolution. Looking for earliest resolution or we need to get into any other service provider due to very poor and worst network coverage at our home
we need to go to road everytime we need to connect a call. We are really in pathetic situation and at the mercy of airtel for such a service
