[Resolved] Airtel — Network failure only for cug call

Dear concern,

I'm facing network issue only when I'm connecting to CUG calls. Actually CUG is free calls and Airtel is not providing any support on this issue for past 4 months.

This is a kind of cheating from Airtel to a regular customer. Not only this when they have started 4G network the 1GB data pack is vanishing in 10 days. They were increasing the price of 3G/4G network without any norms.

I need a solution for the reported issue and confirmation from Airtel that this will not happen again.

After a discussion with the airtel team this issues has been resolved. I have monitor this one for a past 3+ months. Now it's good. Thanks for the support team!.
