Airtel — Network Issue | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am facing problem regarding Airtel network. I am using Airtel SIM Card from last 2 and half year but from last 5 months I am not getting calling network at my resident address. i.e. Titwala east 421605 For the same issue I have lodged complaint to the Airtel Customer care on 3-April-2015 and as suggested by them I have sent mail to their circle head ( Applet officer) also, but still issue has not been resolved. I have taken timely follow up with both of them (CC & Applet Officer) but not getting any positive response from them. Please look into this matter on priority basis as I am missing very IMP calls.
