Airtel — network issue - data

I had been using airtel prepaid connection more than a decade
But now a days, i am unhappy with the services, as i do not get indoor coverage in my building, the time i get back home, i am cut off from the world, as there is absolutely no network...

I have raised multipe service requests and contacted through mails and phone calls to service center but no use, still the problem prevails the same.
And there is no use of posting advertisements in television that you where the speedest network.

Its been more than a month now, and the network issue still persists, and if it continues any longer, will have no other option but to move to a better service provider, who value the consumers rights and do not take them for a ride by such ridiculous customer service process.
