I live KPHB 9th phase, Venkataramana colony, Hyderabad and from last 9 days we have an network issue in Airtel network by which we could not use mobile data and making, receiving calls have become an huge issue.
My entire apartment has this issue and am forced to use WIFI calling to make or receive calls which is draining my WIFI data. I have complained numerous time through their app and customer care. They are giving such a lazy answer as they will resolve the issue by 10 days and all that crap. This has been 9 days already and we should wait for another week it seems according to them which is so frustrating as as an typical network outage, they are taking 2 weeks to resolve. They did not even bothered to call me and explain what the issue is as when I go to next colony road, network is working fine.
It is a complete lack of accountability as we should loose 14 days validity in our recharge amount and use nothing but WIFI calling. All our works are getting disturbed due to this network outage and they don't seem to care.
