Airtel — network issue in eon it park

I work in eon free zone office in kharadi, pune. Though the network show as 4g but it is not getting connected, not loading any site or playing youtube videos.

Internet requirement is very necessary as i need to do quite a work from office only like bill payment or any kind of transfer. And if net does not work it is really quite disappointing

Please see i[censored] can help on this, as my 8-9 hrs went in office and without internet on phone it is really frustrating.

I want to file a case against Airtel bcz they told us that Airtel is the best bt it is totally opposite Airtel is worst ..whenever I talk to customer care person he always says that network issue in your area we r working on it ..guys it's 3 months now when u r gonna solve that problem give me a [censored]ing date ..
