[Resolved] Airtel — Network issue (Instead of 3G providing 2G Service) | |||
I wish to put an complaint against the AIRTEL.I am using post paid connection [protected] from past 3 months approx, but the major concern is there is no network coming in my mobile after requesting many times they didn't provide the 3G services in my mobile.There are lots of important call which i am not able to get due to network issue.Even cant use Internet. Although i am paying my generated bill every month. Following are the complaint reference number: 57571362 and F[protected] (According to them they said they takes action with in 24 hours but its been 5 days to register a complaint again complaint) Kindly do the needful or help my to get the solution done on priority.
