Airtel — Network issue, Irresponsible behaviour. | |||
Hi, I am raising network complains since last one & half years at airtel customer care, every time I got resolved message instead no body visited or called me regarding the issue. I've gone fade up now, even I am unable to use 20% of my post paid plan, due to bad and disturbed network. My last complain was almost 8 months back, and they told it will resolve within 3 months. If airtel is unable to provide network in an urban area of a metro city (Gulmohar Park Colony, Serilingampally, Hyderabad) then its shame on them for a worst service provider I designate here. I am using this network since last 9 years, but since last 2 yrs it has gone rare worst. I dont have any good word for airtel. Me and my wife's work and business is getting effected, when we are at home. Office network is fine but in this entire colony it has seviour problem.
