Airtel — network issue since long time, false promise and no resolution | |||
I am facing network issue since last three months. My complaint numbers are 79168081 81389210. mobile numbers([protected], [protected], [protected]) When i call customer care, they give false promise for resolution. But the thing is, I am waiting for the resolution and till date i am not getting any updates from their end. Without using Airtel service i am simply paying my bill on time. Today(10/12/2017 at around 10:15pm) when i called and asked about the status and informed that i am going to disconnect the service, one gentleman simply say 'your wish!!!' and the tone he was using while talking with a customer. So shameless persons in customer service. They are not even in mood to listen to customer and give gentle answers. When i called 515 i simple get one sms "Dear Customer, you tried to reach us regarding the n/w complaint for your mobile number. Your service request is already in progress...". But how long???? Its been a month. How can you claim that you are the fastest network in the Country? You should have some shame while deceiving the customers this way! My question is when i am unable to user Airtel service why I am paying bills for all three numbers and on time??? I will disconnect this services asap if not resolved and will take strong action by porting all my employees numbers to other services and write about your irresponsibility and the way you cheat customers in social sites and articles. Please dont think it as a kind of threat or blackmail, you(airtel) have given lot of troubles to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
