Airtel — network issue.. unable to use handset for anything | |||
I am facing network issues from airtel since the last 20 days. Had raised numerous compliants, followed up with customer care and still date my problem has not been resolved. They just want their dues to be cleared on time and no customer service. Every time only one thing is said that sir your compliant has been put on high priority and it will be resolved. The tat for resolving is 4 days and now it has been 20 days. I am not able to use my handset at all at my location. Airtel customer service is pathetic to say the least. Can resolve a network related issue in 20 days, what to say. Escalated this matter several times to their team but still it is open. Was this information helpful? | |||
