Dear Sir/Madam,
I am facing issues in voice clarity and network issues for making calls and receiving calls for my mobile number [protected]. I have complained about the same to airtel for which the request number is 77283230 which was raised on 28/June/2017 and i got a SMS stating as below
Dear Customer, regarding the network issue with service request number 77283230 on your airtel number, you were facing a temporary issue and necessary action has been taken to resolve the same. We hope you are able to enjoy airtel services now. To check network coverage in your area click airtel.in/opennetwork. Thank you
First thing it was not a temporary issue i have walked in 2 times to airtel connect and both the times i was advised to change my SIM card which i have gone ahead and done the same.
Secondly earlier i had to go out of my house to receive calls or make calls. Now i can stay inside but the voice clarity is really bad. " When i check this link it shows network as excellent. I have registered one more complaint with the request number 77569725 today the 8th July 2017.
Kindly look into the same and hoping for a early resolution.
