[Resolved] Airtel — Network Issue with Calling and Internet Browsing | |||||
We are having several connections of Airtel postpaid at my office some are under CUG plan and several are on the name of individuals. From last 1.5 month I am complaining Airtel for poor voice quality of mobile incoming and outgoing calls and internet network. We are unable to receive even incoming calls at our office premises i.e.; C-14 Sector 7, Noida 201301 due to network issue and because of this our business calls getting hampered a lot. I am chasing "Airtel's Appellate Delhi Team" on appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com for the same on daily basis which is the higher authority of Airtel Team, but they give very poor response, whereas we are platinum segment customer. Now team is giving assurance that we are trying to install new network tower in your area and we trying for permission from the local authorities and it will take time for 90 days approx. and it is not sure as well. I am not able to understand why they are not able to install network booster at our site which take minimum time and cost and problem is also gets resolved. This is with Reference to the your post dated 09-April-2016 and the Callous and Lethargic Attitude of the entire Support /Service team post registering the comment. I am really shocked that a company of M/s Bharti Airtel Ltd repute has a customer care center which doesn't even bothers to even call back the customer even after four days of registering the complaint.
Team, if this is the standard of after sales service given by Corporate Giant for God's sake crying out loud M/s Bharti Airtel Ltd, then I think you that you should teach customer service to your entire team.
