Airtel — network issues and internet is not working

I am residing at indira vikas colony, delhi-110009 & my working place is at model town delhi 110009. At both places i am unable to use my phone. It is always in “ no service” mode. Always!!!
Past one week the situation has worsened. I used to do the calls outside my home but past one week it is not at all working. Resolving the issue qould help a lot
