[Resolved] Airtel — Network Issues-completely zero connectivity at my home | |||||
I am not able to make any outgoing calls, or able to receive any incoming calls. I have no connectivity for hours and hours and people are not able to reach me and I am not able to reach others. A network that claims its presence every in India does not provide a proper coverage at the heart of a city in Bangalore. This is completely actionable because the company is not serving the customers as appropriate. Since it is a postpaid connection, they are questionable and need to be held responsible. Whether I use the connection or not, it is a mandate to make the monthly bill on time, if not they will levy a charge as penalty. These sense of negligence should be eradicated from our country.
