Airtel — network issues not resolved, no call back raised from network team | |
Hi, I had registered a complaint regarding network issues in my area. I use a postpaid airtel sim. The complaint was supposed to be resolved or at least some action should have been taken by 4th of oct, 2018. I am continuously following up regarding this every evening from 3 4days. The only answer i get is sorry ma’am for the delay. We will escalate your complaint from our end to the network team. Your network team does not care to even look or at least call regarding the complaint. I got call once or twice in the starting that were disconnected either due to lack of connection or i asked them to call me in the evening due to my office timings. But from 4th of october i have been trying to reach your customer care regarding this. Even they fail to inform me how long it will take to resolve the issue or to arrange a call from your network team. It is so frustrating to call again and again every evening and get same reply. I[censored] can’t fix a problem then don’t fool customers by giving them never ending timelines. Its more than 2 weeks, still every time i call 121 they tell me to wait for 24 hours for a call back. Forget about airtel calling me back for the issues instead other service providers are calling me to switch my network as they know already know, i have network issues with my current service provider. It is surprising that airtel is doing nothing instead leaking customers information and issues to other providers. I had no option left so i even asked for porting my number to either a better connection or to prepaid connection. I don’t want to waste my money on postpaid plans, if this is the condition. I did check for open network and found out there are no airtel tower in my society. If you can’t resolve the complaint don’t resister one. Worst experience ever.
