Airtel — network issues regarding 4g

The worst network till now. I have recharged for 4G data services and in return i am getting none. There are no 4G network towers in this area as proposed by your open network team. Either i need my money back or the company needs to install 4G tower as soon as possible. I make sure that this issue reaches to your competitor "jio" and other network operators as well. It's not just 4G, there are issues even on 3G with Airtel in my area in Pune. When I push my phone to 3G network, many a times I just get 1 Bar and poor network. Sometimes the network completely disappears and I am off the network.

For me despite having high end phone, I can only use 2G relatively properly in Pune. Airtel network is indeed bad.
