Airtel — network issues since long

Since around 2 weeks now we are experiencing heavy network issues with airtel.in our area everyone using airtel is experiencing the same issue.in spite of number of complaints and follow-ups we are not getting any satisfactory reply. Neither there is any resolution to the issue. Phone does not work at all in the area undri and nearby in pune. Airtel claims to have best network but sorry to say that its not true and also we are experiencing very bad customer service. We have no idea by when will this get fixed. We all are now thinking on porting out which seems to be a better solution here.

Mene air 399 ka recharge krbaya tha 4g henset me 84 din ke liye 10/08/2017 ko lekin aaj sham 5 bje se net chal nhi rha hai mera mob. No. Hai [protected] hai . Sir jald se jald meri samsya ka samadhan kare . Or costumer care se meri bat nhi ho pa rhi hai is no. Se lag hi nhi rha hai.

We are from gokinepally village, mudigonda mandal, khammam district, we had a airtel tower in our village but we are not getting 4G services, idea is not having towe and still getting 4g for that so please provide 4G services other wise we are of 200 members will port to idea... Contact -[protected]
