Dear sir/madam,
I ve been using services of your company for last five yrs. However, i am very sorry to inform you that quality of your network has degraded drastically. Presently, i am residing in patiala cantt and using prepaid no [protected]. State of your network is such that you can't get through any call firstly and even if you manage to get then you can't talk to any one more than a minute. Frequent call drops, disturbing notices and poor voice quality is what you find in your network. I kindly request you to take this matter seriously and improve your standard of network otherwise there are many options available in the market. Also, this is not only my problem, the same issue is faced by all customers here in this area.

So take the action as soon as possible, or else I will port the sim
