[Resolved] Airtel — Network problem and discount issue | |||||
I have recently port my number from idea to airtel on 24 march 2017. From that date i m unable to use their services because of no proper network in my area. So i have been complaining to 121 and nodal team also(superior team) since the date of port done. They are keep saying till now that network team was unable to tell how much time it will take to provide you proper network. Yesterday i talk with them about the status of my complaints so answer from them is only that 'i m sorry' we cant help you in this and cant provide you any timeline for your complaint. Its about month now, There is no solution. They committed me 200rs discount for 6 months, as i am using 499 infinity plan but now they just turn back and says there is no offer available of 200 at your number. I am unable to use services at my billing address where i spend whole day mostly but they are saying you have to pay your rental bill either you can use our service or not. So what should i do ???
