Airtel — Network problem harassment

Very Poor Network we are facing lot of problem from last 03 months and when we call to complaint at as i have done complaint almost 03 Times at 121 our phone is being disconnected for Customer Care Executive, calls are been dropped while talking and we have to pay full bills, a lot of harassment we are facing because of airtel network my clients are being lose as they tell us our numbers are always switchoff, This is an new way to get bills, today my mobile is not working from last 2 hours and airtel customer care has told me to go to Airtel Showroom to pay and get my sim changed where as we are having 03 Connections all are not working, instead of giving solutions she told me we cannot do anything. 04 Jan, 2015 ( Date of Incident ) [protected] ( Client Number ) Solution : As i am facing this problem i want refund for 02 Months Billed amount credited in my Account.

As per the call received by me, your executive from customer care and told there is serious problem in the terms of network issue in Tagore nagar & some other area, because it was totally no network was available on 7 to 10 Feb total Network Failure and has an huge loss because of you and your company, i have change my Number by using porting facility to some other network, as you can see in your records i have paid full year advance rental for unlimited internet & Rental Plan on monthly basis to your company, its an last warning to you to please give me back money i have paid you and for harassment & loss i have suffered because of your company, or otherwise i would go legal against your company and will sue Bharti Airtel. Please respond at the earliest. i have been waiting now more then 4 months no solution given for poor network problems.
