Airtel — network strength too slow

Hello, this is to inform you that i airtel 4g signal in my complex is terrible. Can't even watch single show / video with out buffering. The signal strength is always 2-3 bars not more than that. My house which is 5mins walking distance has full network strength. Please solve the problem asap. So much adv for your 4g network speed. But finally zero
