[Resolved] Airtel — New airtel broadband connection - nightmare | |||
I have been constantly fooled by airtel executives time and again regarding the broadband connection. I am taking followups from the day I have given my documents and made payment for first three months to them. The process started on 8th April 2016 and from there on I am into constant misery. I have sent a complaint on the below Ids, but to my shock the reply I get is that your concern will be resolved in 2 working days. Shouldn't these kind of issues be looked into at the top most priority ? Email Ids- [protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@airtelworld.com, care.[protected]@airtel.in There is no customer support at all and I am feeling really helpless at this point of time.
