Airtel — New airtel sim not activated

I am an airtel retailer since last 8 years, I had a issue,
an airtel prepaid connection number: [protected] last 5 digit sim number: 24604, customer Name: Abul Kalam, submitted on 11/2/15 to our Distributor peopuls communication but not activated yet, Our Tm does not response my call and He never visit my shop also,
