[Resolved] Airtel — New broadband connection request raised | |||||
Hi Airtel Services, I tried to raise a new broadband request for my fathers place in Lucknow. There were two complaints filed for the same as well. I had to follow up for 15 days approx and everytime i was told that the executive will visit the place in 2 days which ofcourse never happened. and later when i called them, they gave me an answer that there is nothing which can be done as they do not have a port near my fathers place whereas there is a port and plenty of connections available in barely 100meters distance. This is utter non sense to tell a customer that we cant provide you a wifi connection because your house is a 100 meters away from our port. Was this information helpful? | |||||
