This is to inform you that i booked for new broadband connection on 4th march 2016. i have given documents with advance payment in cash to your executive. but i did not get installed broadband till date. I tried to contact your executive but he is not picking my call and ignoring me. his name was Mr. Kuldeep no. [protected], Mr. Pawan [protected]. another guyes called me mr. Mahesh [protected] / [protected] for ur connection will install with two days that is 07-march 2016. I was waiting for process. but he did not come. I tried to all people but right now all are not picking my call. I tried to contact customer care for all information. but not received any information from customer care. they told me that please launch a complain in police station with contact no.. i am planning for this.
