Airtel — new channel policy | |||
I am a dth user of airtel and i have submitted my selection of desired channel pack well in advance as per trai system. I have received a confirmation from airtel also. (Ref id 157544) My airtel dth id - [protected]-001 Issue is from 1st feb all channels went vanished and today is the 5th day still unable to fix it. I tried contacting customer care for more than 60 times. But they knowingly not answering any calls. Again i had 200 rupees in my account on feb2019. Day by day amount id deducting by airtel for not providing any channels. Kindly resolve this issue. It seems airtel company doesnt made any preparetions for customers for the new trai rule can say neglegence. Was this information helpful? | |||
