Airtel — new connection delay cheating | |||
My name is muhammed mufeed. I requested for a broadband connection through airtel thanks app. I have paid 500 rupees registration fees on 25/05/2019. The agent who called me to sign me up and asked me to pay this amount confirmed the installation will be done the next day which is 26/05/2019. The agent was chatting with me through whatsapp and asked me to send screenshot of the payment. Once i send the screenshot, he stopped texting me. He was not attending my calls. I waited for the next update. Then i got a call yesterday (02/06/2019) regarding installation. The technician came, installed device and told it'll take half an hour to activate. He left saying he'll come back within half an hour. He never came back. When i asked him, he told he'll come tomorrow (03/06/2019). Today i called the technician, he is telling he can't come today, he'll come tomorrow!!! I want to know what the hell is going on here. Is it this much hard to get a connection? I am not a new user to airtel. I already have mobile postpaid, dth services from so long. Is this how you treat a customer? I want to sort this out as soon as possible. Till you get the money, the agent was replying so fast and once he get the confirmation of payment, he stopped texting! What the hell??? Was this information helpful? | |||

I am calling to the airtel complaint centre around three months but they still not resolving the issue in my area .
