We have taken a new broadband connection on 4th july 2022. when we we requested for a new connection at that time service person told us is with in 1day they will give connection based on that we paid the amount after that we got connection appointment msg on 4th date only. at that time they came for connection and they said it is non service area so that need to wait for more days to 1st fix their connection this thing they dont informed us when we are taking connection. and today is 6th supposed to given 2nd appoint date to fix the connection. there is no calls from those people we are only calling for those people to take updates. Already its bean 3days late i am facing issue for my work.. and we have requested to no connection and need refund. right now again airtel is saying need to for 24hrs i am asking questions here
1. how many 24hrs need to wait for connection.
2. if your not having service means why your giving trouble to customers. and their works.
3. they didn't provide any kind o[censored]pdates we only need call and beg for updates.
How can i trust these people to continue connection with these people we don't need any kind of connection worest service we never expected and we are doing work from home why giving wrong promises and giving risks to our jobs.
